You have only 12 savegame slots through the entire game, that you cannot
save on twice.

When you have used all of the slots, remember the last used saveslot.
Then just go to your Vampires folder, then enter the SaveGames folder,
then delete the savegames you don't need (don't delete 'The Current'
and 'SP0' files, and you shouldn't delete your last saved game)

Tip: don't rename your savegames in the game, then you can't delete them.
